RapidAP captures and digitises data from invoices sent via email using world-leading Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. It then validates this data before passing it to Civica for straight-through processing, or to trigger Civica’s in-built invoice approval workflow.

- Ability to receive and process PEPPOL e-invoices
RapidAP offers an integrated invoice receiver’s PEPPOL access point. This means you do not have to separately engage a PEPPOL access point service provider to connect your Civica solution to be able to receive and process e-invoices.
- Invoice processing workflows
RapidAP also offers a highly configurable business rules engine that can take care of your invoice processing needs. This may be important to you if you have complex business requirements that are not completely met through your Civica solution.
