RapidAP captures and digitises data from invoices sent via email using world-leading Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. It then validates this data before passing it to Workday for straight-through processing or triggering Workday’s invoice approval workflows.

RapidAP uses world-leading, AI-enabled OCR technology to achieve a data extraction rate of over 90% from invoices received via email. It then performs compliance checks on this data to validate it before sending it to Workday for invoice processing and payment. This means accounts payable officers do not need to manually enter payables information into the finance system.
- Ability to receive and process PEPPOL e-invoices
RapidAP offers an integrated invoice receiver’s PEPPOL access point. The solution validates incoming e-invoice payment data, before passing it to Workday in the structure it requires for invoice processing, approvals, posting and payment. RapidAP can also process e-invoices and traditional invoices via its own powerful business rules engine.
